    The process begins with an initial consultation where we'll discuss your vision for the piece. Moulder Jewelers Design Studio will then provide you with a CAD rendering for your review. Once you approve the design, your finished piece will be ready within 3-5 weeks.
  • Can you design a piece with a gem that I provide?

    Yes, I'm happy to work with stones you bring in and incorporate them into your custom design.
  • What is your policy on changes and revisions during design?

    Unlimited changes are offered throughout the design process to ensure your piece is exactly what you envision.

    Yes, complimentary cleanings and maintenance services are available. It's recommended to have your jewelry serviced every 6-12 months.
  • Can I use my own heirloom stones or old gold?

    Absolutely. In most cases, family gold and inherited gemstones can be repurposed into your new piece. They'll be tested for structural integrity before use.
  • Do you create 3D CAD models before making the jewelry?

    Yes, a 3D CAD model of your piece will be provided for your approval before the casting process begins.
